The Tac Slaps name, grenade logo, original graphics, product photography, written content, layouts, original sticker designs, and hidden grenade-and-name signature are owned by or licensed to Tac Slaps and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No permission is granted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, display commercially, or create derivative works from Tac Slaps content except with prior written authorization or as otherwise permitted by law.

Producing customer-supplied artwork does not transfer any Tac Slaps intellectual property to the customer. Tac Slaps does not claim ownership of customer artwork merely because it is submitted for printing.

INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

Intellectual-property complaints should be sent to orders@tacslaps.org with the subject line “Intellectual Property Notice.”

Include:

• Your contact information;
• Identification of the protected work or trademark;
• Identification of the disputed content;
• The location of the disputed content;
• The basis of your claim; and
• A good-faith statement that the supplied information is accurate.

Tac Slaps may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the notice.

NO WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS

These policies and notices do not waive consumer rights or business obligations that cannot legally be waived.
